I Am A Mountain

I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply ALL my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I will strain my potential until it cries for mercy.

Keep Your Spouse's Heart Big and Open Towards You

I found this quote and it is so true that, "A woman's flattery may inflate a man's head a little; but her criticism goes straight to his heart, and contracts it so that it can never again hold quite as much love for her."

Make sure you are the flattering and complimenting kind, because you would never want to cause your man to be able to love you less. This also means no gossiping and complaining to others about him either. Those words are still out there in the atmosphere and some how he'll know.

Are You Someone's Otter?

Tim is my Otter! When I watched this precious video of two otters holding hands, it made me think of Tim.  He is always reaching over and holding my hand or touching me, or giving me a kiss.  I know how this little otter feels, floating along, safe and secure because her man is at her side.

Make sure that you watch all the way to the end of the video, too cute!

I Love My Wife

Husbands say these words out loud "I love my wife"..

Some of you are thinking, I told her I loved her when we got married. Why do I need to say it again?

Because words are powerful. And you can tell what is in your heart by what comes out of your mouth.

You tell everybody about your favorite team/sport/athlete. Or you talk about how you love to kill deer or you love drinking beer.

So shouldn't you profess your feelings for the most important earthly relationship you have?

I love my wife.

You should be comfortable saying that to your friends, co workers...anyone you meet.

I love my wife.

Say that to yourself all day long. Some husbands may even need that reminder to keep their eyes focused in the right place. Men...you know what I mean.

I love my wife.

Say it around your children. It will give them a great example of what a relationship between a husband and wife should be. And it will amaze you to see how much confidence they will have knowing Dad loves and respects Mom.

I love my wife.

Of course you should say those words to her over and over again. Many times a day. Tell her in the morning when you/she wakes up. Tell her at night before she goes to sleep. Call her. Text her. Email her.

I love my wife.

The most important words that will come out of your mouth today.
